At Grace Eleyae, we want you to love your hair-protecting essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty and silk accessories must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or hair product residue.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
